Blog of The Priest [13.12.07] - Has It Really Been 7 Months? [mood] determined[music] "Secluded Spaces" - VNV Nation My word, have I been too busy or just too lazy to update this? I don't even know where to start to explain my situation. I would love to use that ole Phoenix rising from the ashes of long ago, but for me the bird would be rising from a bunch of dust and not ashes (there's a difference). So, my first semester of college is almost done. I have about a week left and I am ready for the long Winter Holiday Break. Most excited to finish up my Math and English classes. The first I have to wake up at 7:30 AM for and the latter is just too much writing for my taste. Writing that I really have no interest in typing out, researching up on, and meeting a week's deadline. I'd like to think that has part of why I've stayed away from a blog for so long. If I can update this thing, I can crank out a paper. Weak logic. Now that it's almost done, I'm fine with this. Maybe. Who knows. Been putting more hours in at GameStop as well. Holiday hours are killer. Literally. I'm just glad we haven't had any rude customers. Mainly uninformed customers, but that is certainly fine with me. And if you're wondering, yes. We receive on [a rough] average of about 40-50 questions to whether we have the Wii in stock, when we'll be getting it in stock (day and time of day), if there's a waiting list, what is included, the price, and everything else you can think of to ask. We've had people call anywhere from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM asking for them. People are just so desperate and as a gamer I'm starting to wonder if this is really becoming just a fad for kids. It's not seen as a gaming system anymore. If it is seen as an icon that they need to obtain a certain status. I worry because whenever we try to suggest games they refuse our suggestions. They only want Wii Sports, Wii Play, maybe Mario Galaxy (not that it's bad in anyway), Dance Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero III...eh. They pass up on gems like Zack & Wiki, Super Paper Mario, Metroid, and even ignore the Virtual Console. Honestly, I probably have played my 360 more now than my Wii. Not because one is superior in entertainment, but the 360 has a better library for my interest and the games, on average, last longer (plus online play). Now, I intend to update this again before the end of next week. I swear I'm not going to sneak out and disappear for months without any forewarning. I feel I haven't been a very good friend in this way to the people I've met on GreatestJournal. I've disregarded what's happening in their lives and failed to leave a comment or word of advice. Here's trying my hardest, though I am human. 5 Replies | Reply [05.09.07] - Ajusting To College [mood] full[music] "Four Ton Mantis" - Amon Tobin So first week of college came and went already for me. Now this is my second week and I think I'm settling in a bit. I got the flow of the week down. Three classes Monday, one Tuesday, three Wednesday, one Thursday, and two Friday. I guess I haven't mentioned which classes I'm taking. Well, how 'bout now? There's Intermediate Algebra, Intro to Sociology, English, and Intro to Chinese. Yup, Chinese. It's real cool so far. I got my Chinese name today and it's Su Jian Ming. I think it's awesome. Aside from college, I've been getting more hours at GameStop and it's getting crazy. I'm putting in about 30 hours this week and that's unusual for just a regular employee. Usually managers or assistant managers get that amount. But I don't mind. Means I get more money to save and spend for food. Woo. I know this may seem weird, but I'll go ahead and explain my long awaited Latin Trip! Still have to upload my photos, so I apologize for that. Part I - ROME: So we leave Rochester around 4:30 in the evening to go to the Minneapolis Airport. We get at the airport around something like 6 o'clock and walk in to get our tickets. The whole ticket process took about 30 minutes to complete since there were 40 of us. We were able to get food before we got on the plane after we had finished up the tickets, which I took advantage of and got a sub. Get on the plane around 7 or 7:30 and we depart for our one-way, 7 hour flight. This is what the flight was like: Listen to instructions, watch movie, eat, watch another movie or sleep, repeat sleeping or watching movie until the airplane lands. When we finally landed at like 8 AM, we got off in Amsterdam and switched planes to take about a 2 hour flight to Rome. As soon as we landed we met our translator and guide, Latiza (I believe that's how you spelled it). She gave us some background info about what we were doing in Rome and we got on a bus. Drove to the Piazza Navona and walked around there for a bit. We saw the Pantheon while we were there as well. Met up to go to dinner and had our first Italian supper. It consisted of a three-meat and one-cheese appetizer, pasta and sauce, and grilled pork with salad. It wasn't too bad. After food we were able to explore around on our own. We saw lots of beggars, peddlers, and some homeless people (this was just at the Piazza). When it was about 9, we met up and got back on the bus to head to our first hotel. I stayed in a room with 4 other guys and it was pretty cozy. By that I mean barely not much space. Next day we wake up before 7 and get ready. The showers weren't anything like ours here. They were only the shower heads you can hold and there was no place to hang it up. So you had to shut the water off to latter up both body wash and shampoo. It took awhile to get used to. Anyways, the second day was pretty much hitting the heart of Rome: The Colosseum, the two famous arches of Rome, the Roman Forum with all the ruins, downtown Rome, the Trevi fountain, Palatine Hill, Circus Maximus...wow, lots. We had a very full day. Only other thing worth mentioning was our supper. It was basically the same as the first, but the pasta was better and the meat was very good. Went back to hotel and slept again. Third day we went to Vatican City and toured the entire place. Saw all the famous paintings, sculptures, churches, everything. Heck, we were even lucky enough to see the Pope. In person. He was there for one day for a public mass and we were able to hit it. Not much else to say since it's the Vatican, duh. I'm forgetting what we did the rest of that day. I know we left for a ferry later that evening, but I need to figure out where. How about I stop here for Part I? I'll update with more information later. 5 Replies | Reply [22.08.07] - Just a General Update [mood] energetic[music] "My Right Versus Yours" - The New Pornographers Yeah, I know I broke my promise. I haven't made my huge update yet and here's the reason: Still figuring out which pictures I want to upload, I've been working many hours at GameStop since I was on vacation, and I've been spending my free time away from the computer (not far though). Anyways, instead of posting about my trip, which I will do in a two part series later today or tomorrow, I will inform you all of what I've been up to. Yesterday I got a DS Lite finally. A real sweet one at that. It has a metallic red cover with a flat black bottom and inside. This flat black means it doesn't smudge at all and the metallic red hardly smudges at all. It's pretty. I got it with a Brain Age 2 bundle. It came with Brain Age 2 (of course) and a fancy carrying case. Also I've signed up for my college classes. I'm taking English, Math, Sociology, and Chinese. Only 4 classes, but I can't take anything for my major yet since I'm only going to a community college. It's all good though. I can get my general classes squared off before I focus on my major. Plus, it's saving me money like room and board, food, and the classes are cheaper as well. I think it's a good plan. Went to the Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells over the weekend for a relaxing time. Our suite room was so nice. It had like a 10 foot ceiling, 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 sinks, a fireplace, 2 TVs, and 2 closets. We also had a walkout little area that connected to the outdoor water park. Only problem was that it rained all day Saturday and Sunday so we had to stick to the indoor water park. Cousins absolutely loved the place, but as usual they annoyed us very much. They came over to our room all the time even though they had a suite of their own. We ordered pizza for ourselves Friday night, but they each had to have a piece before they got their own. Whenever they went to the water park they insisted we follow even though we weren't technically hanging out together all the time. I brought my Wii and they fought over who would play it. The list goes on with our dear cousins. It still was a fun weekend, but it sort of ended on a bad note because Jean was bossing over everyone and Ricky was being the timid guy he is. Family troubles for you. Speaking of ending on bad notes, on our way home we learned that lots of counties in SE Minnesota were getting flash floods, including our county. Luckily nothing happened to our home, just our sump pump was running lots. The creek a couple yards from our backyard flooded so the water was way up to our neighbor's garden, which is like a whole acre flooded. It receded within a day though. I suppose most everyone has heard about the 6 deaths, 2 from Houston and 4 from Winona. It's a shame since Minnesota has had all this dry weather for the summer and then it rains for a weekend and floods happen. But I digress. I went to a movie last night with some GameStop guys (and two girls). We saw Superbad. It was a pretty dang hilarious movie, but way too many penis drawings at the end there. Wow. I tried my best to overlook the stereotypical high school partying that only points out our shortcomings in society, but luckily the humor helped me ignore that for the most part. Very original. That's how I saw it. You could easily relate to those characters at one point, which was great. Some stuff was too far fetched, but that's Hollywood. Watch it if you've thought about going to it. Just know that it's more of a guy movie, but women can enjoy it too. 15 Replies | Reply [14.08.07] - Still Waiting on the Pictures [mood] hungry[music] "Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors" - Editors Hopefully I'll develop them today and post them later (that won't be today probably). I would have made that huge update, but here's the deal. Since I missed two weeks of work, Jesse was kind enough to get me lots of hours this week. So I had to work yesterday in the afternoon and at midnight for the Madden 08 release. Then today I'm working like 8 hours, tomorrow 4, and then the next day 3. Lots, see? So that update will eventually come. Until then you can look at pictures some of our group has posted already on Facebook. Click to see a few pictures. Oh and for the record, I'm back. Greece totally pwned Italy in my view. 1 Reply | Reply [28.07.07] - First Hiatus Check [mood] indescribable[music] Chill Syndicate Session 33 Leaving for my Greece trip tomorrow at 4:30 PM. Will be landing in Amsterdam first and then traveling to London from there. I won't be returning until late evening August 12th. So that's about two weeks. Wish you all enjoy those weeks on your own and I promise to scan in those pictures I take and write up a refreshing entry. Just you wait and see. 5 Replies | Reply [18.07.07] - My Deepest Apologies [mood] chipperI give them out to everyone for not updating as much as I should and have been doing. You probably are in the dark about what I've been now. That's not good. So here's quick and brief catch up for everyone. I've been putting in a few hours every week at GameStop, probably on average 8 or so. Only working like two or three times a week, because of our lame schedule program called Kronos. It's a whole other journal entry in itself. I have been wasting my free time on World of Warcraft as well. Not all of it, but sometimes I'll be on for a bit. Been getting things ready for college this fall. I have also been getting myself ready for my Greece trip in two weeks. That'll be exciting. I shall update about that before I leave of course. Also have been hanging out with Peter Tri more and some of my other friends a little as well. Just running around town, watching movies, playing games. That sort of thing. I also got my hands on a Wii today as well finally. Since GameStop got quite a few Wii's in for once, I thought I had better snatch the chance up before we are sold out again (which will probably be by tomorrow evening). So I get to have lots of fun on that now. Still in the process of setting everything up, but I watched Peter do his so I'm sure I can figure it out. Anyways, I think that's an alright update for you all. Again sorry for not appearing like I'm around. I have been looking through my friend's page, just don't really feel the need to comment unless I have to. Hopefully this will change with the upcoming month. I think it will indeed. 22 Replies | Reply [26.06.07] - Those Little Annoying Things [mood] cold[music] "On The Sky" - Metric To start things off right, it would make the most sense for me to give a slight background. Earlier today Will wanted to hang out because he was bored. That's fine with me because I didn't have to work today and nothing was on my schedule. He plans to come over after Hapkido lessons. Again, that's fine with me and so we set up something. Even earlier today Ross suggested that Peter, myself, and he go out and pick up some Chipotle after Peter gets off work. A few minor mistakes that Ross makes (totally foreseen by me too): 1. Ross doesn't check with Peter what time he gets off. 2. Ross is very spontaneous. 3. Ross is a baby. So I end up calling Peter and discovering he doesn't get off work till sometime after 4:30 PM. I tell Ross this and of course he immediately calls off the Chipotle plan. Great. So now it's around lunch and I have to go get something to eat. I don't really care because as I said earlier I knew something like this would probably really happen. Flashforward to around 3:30 PM. Will talks to me over AIM and tells me I should pick up a new mic for Socom. I acknowledge the fact that I do need a new mic since my old one is broken. I tell him I'll go pick one up right then. So I leave my house around 3:40, go to GameStop, buy a new mic for 30 bucks, pick my mother up, and head home. I then find out we're going to be having Brats for supper. Great news since I love brats. This is when suddenly Peter calls me and tells me that he's over at Ross' house and no one is there. Apparently, Ross didn't call him or anything about the so-called Chipotle plan and decided to go to Quarry Hill randomly with some other friends. Spontaneous see? So I tell Peter I can pick him up since he biked to work and doesn't have a car. The reason why I offer a ride so politely is because it was over 90 outside today and it sucks biking in this heat. As I'm pulling the van out of the garage, Will calls me. I was very shocked at this, seeing that he should have been at Hapkido. Well, guess what. There is no Hapkido because the master is out of town. So now he is heading over here right away. I kind of panic and tell him I'm leaving to get Peter and this makes Will confused. It ends with him telling me to wait up for him and then leave. I agree and wait. After about 10 minutes he shows up and hops in. We drive off, get Peter, head back, and everything appears fine. We go to my room and I left God Hand running on the PS2. Peter starts to play, Will watches YouTube videos, and I fold the clothes I never got a chance to fold before. Will's always anxious to play Guitar Hero for some. Probably because he's pretty decent at it. So whatever. The backstory (yes, another one) behind Will and me and Guitar Hero is this. I bought Guitar Hero a week ago and after 5 days Will comes over and tells me I should lend him my controller. He then tells me, and I quote, "You have enough other games to keep you busy and you just beat Guitar Hero. So it shouldn't be a problem." Of course I let him. What's the big deal right? So he's had my controller for over a week now and he comes over with a controller and the Guitar Hero II game. Here's me (the idiot that I am) thinking he brought back my controller. No, he didn't. He brought over his because why would I need mine? So to make it short (as if it's not long already) he tells me I can keep his controller and he can keep mine. NO. I don't want your fucking controller. Your's is over a year old and mine is less a month. I'm going to make him give me my controller back and take his. I don't care if they "look the same" as he says. Mine is mine and his is his. Right? Then right before he leaves he takes my game because, get this, "I'm too lazy to shut the machine off and grab mine out." WHAT THE FUCK. Take your fucking game out of the damn PS2 by hitting the button with the green little fucking light and take your game out. Oh dear Lord, forgive me if your have to bend your ass down and push one button. I'm sorry but I don't want your shit copy of Guitar Hero II. Why am I pissed so much? You guys should follow along better. He has my new controller and now new copy of Guitar Hero II. You can't just fucking trade, asshole. Of course I'm suspicious. I take out the game and look at it. Fucking scratches and smudges. See I'm a clean-freak when it comes to my video games. I hate scratches, even the slight ones. I hate smudges. Period. So I've asked him to trade back my controller and game and I'm waiting to see what he replies with. It better be a fucking yes, because I am not taking a no at this point. Not when you just take both my controller and then game and just hand me your's saying, "They are the same thing. Deal with it." You fucking deal with. Sometimes I just get pissed, even with my best friends. It's not like it ruins the relationship or anything, but damn. Why do these little things matter too much sometimes? 10 Replies | Reply [20.06.07] - The Huge Delay [mood] peaceful[music] "Rat Tail" - Boom Bip I don't remember the last time updating this, but it must have been over two weeks ago. I'm done with High School, graduated the 9th of June 2007, went to my Senior Party and had a blast later that night, Amy arrived a day before my graduation for her two week stay, and my graduation party was on the 10th. From what I can tell I got over a thousand dollars (90% of which is going in to Savings) and lots of congratulations from my party. I have to write all the thank-yous now, which will probably take me a day or so. Since I have no real intention of putting things in any order in this post, I'll just list things off randomly. Amy went back home today, but her flight was delayed and she had to switch planes I guess. Something to do with the water or something, I'm not sure. I was in my very close friend's wedding last week. It was pretty nice, except for the reception. It made me a bit frustrated, since most of the guys and girls in the wedding just smoke and drank. Whatever, I didn't really care, but they just wanted me to tag along for some odd reason. The big news tonight is that I'm probably going to go to the Rage Against the Machine tour later this summer. Will just called me about it today and you're damned sure I said yes I'm going. I can't miss this if it's going to happen at all. On top of that Steve Vai is touring the Twin Cities in September. Hell yes to concerts. Speaking of Will he's coming over later so I gotta get ready. In some little short news I bought WoW with a gift card I got. I'm on two Servers at the moment, Icecrown and The Scryers. I forget my guy's names so if you're really interested in joining me just ask in a comment. I'm going to go get Guitar Hero set-up or something. 2 Replies | Reply [29.05.07] - A Few Words [mood] busy[music] "Crimson Red" - The Rapture GameStop alright. School busy. Projects many. Almost done. Upcoming parties. People coming. One wedding. Update done. At least summer is just around the corner. Edit: Happy birthday to 3 Replies | Reply [15.05.07] - A Needed General Update [mood] calm[music] "Hands Held High" - Linkin Park I started working my new job at GameStop last week. First day was on Thursday, 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with Peter and Mark. It was rather boring. Since Jesse wasn't there I wasn't really able to learn how to work the register. Instead I re-alphabetized the entire store (man, it needed it) and made sure all the games were in the right places. Not hard at all, but it was hard on my knee when I had to kneel down to switch some of the games. After I was done, I just sort of stayed near Mark and Peter and watched them. I talked to a few people and Peter told me how to look games up on the computer. It seems really weird to me that the entire system is based off a scanner and the F keys on the keyboard. Not touchscreen or anything like that. So I survived my first day and I was even invited to go see a movie with the GameStop Crew (I'm calling them that now) on Friday. I then worked Saturday, a little longer, 4:45 PM to 9:30 PM. The mall closes at 9, but I had to stay with Jesse afterwards and take the trash out and vacuum. Jesse also showed me how to work the register right away, so while I was working I made a few sales. The hard part at first is remembering to always ask for reserves and subscriptions. I forgot twice, but Jesse wasn't that mad. He just wanted to make sure I knew what was important. Once I get the speech down right as I'm checking them out it'll be fine I think. Shifting from work, I went to 28 Weeks Later with Peter and the rest of the people who work at GameStop. The movie itself was wonderful. It might not have been as great as the first, but I loved it. The people infected with the virus could still run, the virus itself spread quickly, military was involved yet failed, and they had main characters who died. I'm just that type of "zombie" guy. Though during the entire movie there was a bunch of dumb kids who kept running up and down the isle. And I mean entire movie. They would walk down, run up, run down, walk up, stop, go back down...damn. It was very annoying and took a little away from the atmosphere (especially when two of the girls screamed during a scene where they just showed a woman getting up from bed). Ugh. I just wanted to trip them and shout, "THAT'S WHAT YOU DESERVE. I PAID 8 BUCKS TO SEE THIS MOVIE AND I DON'T WANT TO WATCH YOU RUN AROUND." My apologies for the caps. It won't happen again. Let's talk about school before it's done. I haven't been getting homework of any kind for a week now. It's really strange, even scary. I have to do quite a few final projects for some of my classes. Chair and sculpture in Ceramics, finish my model house in Architecture II, and entire house project in Interior Design. I'll probably be hard at work with these till my finals. That's really all I've been doing. Statistics is basically done and Graphic Design seems like just busy work. While I'm writing, this new Linkin Park CD isn't too bad. I didn't really think I'd end up buying it, but hey, I realized I probably shouldn't miss it. After all, my first CD was Hybrid Theory and my first concert was a Linkin Park one. Favorite songs off it at the moment are "Leave Out All the Rest", "Shadow of the Day", and "Valentine's Day". But as I write this, I feel I can't leave out the ones that include Mike Shinoda's rapping. "Bleed It Out" and "Hands Held High" are pretty powerful. Overall, it just feels softer and more connected as a whole CD. Although it might not be their best CD out of the now three main ones, it's definitely not their worst. 9 Replies | Reply [07.05.07] - The Original Fire Has Died And Gone [mood] jubilant[music] "Teardrop" - Massive Attack Done. Done with Latin 4 for the rest of the year. Done with having to eat my supper early on Mondays and Wednesdays. Done with getting back late some nights because the quizzes are difficult. DONE. I now can look forward to my AP Statistics test tomorrow and then starting work at GameStop on Thursday. I'm excited for the AP Stats test because I get to miss the entire day of school to take it. Here, let me explain: 1st Hour and 2nd Hour I have off. I don't have to go to school till 9:30 for 3rd Hour. However, our Statistics teacher has excused us for 3rd and 4th Hour so we can get lunch in. The test starts at 11:30 AM and goes to 3:00 PM. That means I only have to go to school to take the test and then go home. I'm also in high spirits because tomorrow is a Academic Awards Pep Fest and that's after 2nd Hour. If that was confusing, just read it again slowly. I also am joyful because I bought another Threadless Shirt. Zombies rock. 19 Replies | Reply [06.05.07] - Who The Hell Made You The Boss? [mood] discontent[music] "Wth>You (Chairman Han ft. Aceyalone)" - Linkin Park What a slow weekend. To start it off, I didn't do anything yesterday. I played through Emerald some more and leveled up a lot of my guys, I washed my clothes, watched TV, and took a shower. I probably should used my time a lot better like study for my Latin 4 Final tomorrow or my AP Statistics on Tuesday. However, my AP Statistics test doesn't really count for anything except to see what classes I'll be able to take during my college years. I also get out having to take the Statistics Final, which is a plus. My Latin Final...well, it'll be a tough one most likely. I need to review a few stories we read from Ovid and that's about all I can really do. Half of the test is review and the other half is new translation (we get to translate a story we've never seen). Oh well. I'm confident I'll be fine. I got a B- first semester, which was just amazing. This was an easier semester so I'm hoping I get at least another B-. Let's stride away from my upcoming tests for a moment. Yesterday I mostly wasted time because I was invited to a birthday party of one of my friends. I wouldn't have gone, but Peter was also invited so I decided to tag along with him. I suppose I should have figured out what kind of party it was going to be since Cinco de Mayo was on the same damn day. I also should have thought harder about who was going to show up. But I didn't. The bottom line is pretty much everyone there was in the act of getting drunk, already drunk, or even more intoxicated. There were a few people though that I was pleased with who weren't participating in such activities, but it was only like 4 other guys besides Peter and me. We mostly played Guitar Hero II and Wii Sports while everyone else was too drunk to stand. So many people showed up and left, we lost count. Someone threw up in the guest bedroom and there were cans all over the place in there. The birthday guy got rather drunk too and because of it was too drunk to real think straight. Anyways, it ended with Peter and I just stealing back Peter's guitar controller and running back to his house. We played through a few songs in GH II and then I went home. So, I'm just curious here. Do all parties these days have to include drinking of some kind? It was a lame party. People just sat around talking and drinking and only the few sober people were playing Guitar Hero and on the Wii. Pathetic. If this is what people tell me I've been missing at these "awesome" parties, it's so damn pathetic. Peter and I were talking about it on the way back to his house. The kid's mom came down at one point and she couldn't really do anything (or rather she didn't try). I'm sure she saw all the alcohol because you couldn't really miss all the damn cans, cups, and bottles. I just don't get it. Drinking to the point where you don't understand what's going on, you trip over yourself, your speech is slurred, you reek of alcohol, your body forces you to throw up because you're harming it, looking like a complete fool in front of your friends...whatever. I rather just be "boring" and play a round of Guitar Hero with my friends. 11 Replies | Reply [27.04.07] - This Is Optional [mood] sleepy[music] "Holding On" - VNV Nation ( Another Meme stolen from xxbellamuertexx ) 3 Replies | Reply [21.04.07] - Damn It [mood] very disappointedThe concert didn't happen. All of them don't really affect one another. In fact, I don't think they really affect much other than my free time and money. Other words: it's just really an entry for me to write down my thoughts. First off, tomorrow is Friday and I've been looking forward to it. I was planning on seeing a movie. Probably either Grind House or Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters. If I end up going to Grind House, I'll probably just see it by myself. I don't think any of my friends really want to see it and my mother would get bored since it's rather long. Wait, nevermind. I just checked my movie theater's "Now Showing" and "Coming Soon" and they aren't going to be showing the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, which sucks because they'd get more customers than they'd expect. Looks like it's Grind House at 5 or 9. I'll probably just go at 9, because I don't think I could make the 5 o'clock showing. Second point is that I might not go to see a movie at all. If I don't see a movie, I'll need to work on my Latin homework since we have 63 lines to translate for Monday. Getting half of that done would mean less work on the weekend. That's always a good idea. Third and final thought is if I should buy tickets for the upcoming Modest Mouse concert on the 20th or 21st. If I could get a decent spot like in the Balcony I might consider it, but the problem is I don't want to go alone. That means driving up a few hours before (it starts around like 7 PM) and then I'd have to drive back home. Assuming the concert lasts an hour or two, I wouldn't get home till close to midnight probably. I really have been looking forward to going to another concert since I missed the VAST and DragonForce ones recently. I kicked myself for missing both and I don't really want to do that again I guess. Anyways, those are the random thoughts I have that have been bothering me. Not much else other than I've been getting more homework in certain classes. Especially Latin and Statistics. Both have decent reasons; Latin final is next month and I signed up for the Statistics AP test so I get out of the Statistics final. I need to remember to fill out the paperwork tomorrow so I'm going to bold this sentence. 4 Replies | Reply [04.04.07] - THE PENGUIN GIRL RETURNS! So if you want to see more, just request it. It gives me more motivation. Oh, and if you're reading this first before you click the cut, CLICK IT. You'll probably laugh. I hope you do. For those of you who are clueless about who this 'Penguin Girl' is, I updated a while back about her. You can find my entry on her, via clicking the link, HERE. Oh, such a nice guy. HE IS SUCH A NICE GUY. 15 Replies | Reply [02.04.07] - Breakage of Spring [mood] full[music] "Your Love" - The Outfield Spring Break technically started for me last Friday, but today was the first "real" day of it. So far I haven't done much. Yesterday was Wrestlemania 23, which was a pretty dang good PPV, and I saw Blades of Glory. It was just as I had expected it to be. The humor was well-balanced, the cast was (I know not everyone would say it, but whatever) perfect, and it wasn't too long. Hm, favorite part was probably the chase scene between Ferrell [Chazz] and Arnett [Stranz]. That was quite humorous. That's about all I got. I've been bored so far. I might actually do my homework tonight (what little there is) just because I have no idea what else to do. Ugh. I'm sure I'll find something. 7 Replies | Reply |
